Udyam registration

Udyam Registration is the official registration for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in India issued by the Government. It provides recognition to businesses and enables them to avail benefits such as government schemes, easier bank loans, subsidies, and priority in government tenders.

ZED MSME (Zero Defect Zero effect)

ZED is a certification scheme launched by the Government of India to promote quality manufacturing among MSMEs. It encourages businesses to produce high-quality products with minimal environmental impact. The scheme helps MSMEs improve productivity, adopt best manufacturing practices, and enhance their competitiveness in domestic and international markets.

NSIC (SPRS) Single point registration with NSIC

It simplifies procedures and helps businesses access government schemes, tender participation, financial assistance, and other MSME development benefits more easily.

Industrial entrepreneurs memorandum Part‑A & Part‑B & amendments

The Industrial Entrepreneur Memorandum (IEM) is a filing made by entrepreneurs who want to establish large-scale industrial units in India. It is submitted to the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry

  • Applicable for Large Industries: IEM is required when the investment in plant and machinery exceeds the MSME limits.
  • No Industrial Licence Needed: In most sectors, industries can start operations after filing IEM instead of obtaining a formal industrial licence.

Part A: Filed before starting the project to inform the government about the proposed industrial unit.
Part B: Filed after the commencement of commercial production.

  • Government Record: It helps the government maintain data on industrial investment, capacity, and production.
  • Ease of Doing Business: The system simplifies procedures and encourages large-scale industrial development in India.

MTO Registration


MTO registration multimodel transport operators

A Multimodal Transport Operator (MTO) is a transport service provider who carries goods using two or more modes of transport such as road, rail, sea, or air under a single contract and single transport document. In India, MTO registration is granted by the Directorate General of Shipping.

MTOs facilitate efficient movement of cargo from the place of origin to the final destination, simplify logistics procedures, and assume responsibility for the safe delivery of goods throughout the entire transport chain.

Sanitary Import Permit


Sanitary import permit livestock – livestock products

Sanitary Import Permit is required for the import of livestock and livestock products such as meat, dairy products, animal feed, or other animal-origin items into India. The permit is issued by the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying.

Its purpose is to ensure that imported animal products meet animal health and sanitary standards and do not introduce diseases into the country.

Health Certificate / Certificate of Approval


Health certificate

This certificate is generally required for export of meat, poultry, milk and dairy products, fish, honey, egg products, and other food items. Before issuing the certificate, EIC/EIA conducts inspection of the processing unit and the export consignment to ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.

This certificate confirms that the processing plant, factory, or establishment complies with the prescribed sanitary, hygienic, and quality control requirements for export as per Indian regulations and the standards of importing countries. Phytosanitary Certificate


Phytosanitary certificate (Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare)

It certifies that the exported plants, plant products, seeds, grains, fruits, vegetables, and other agricultural commodities are free from pests and diseases and comply with the plant health regulations of the importing country.

This certificate is issued after inspection and, if required, treatment of the consignment by plant quarantine authorities. It is an important document required for the export of agricultural and plant-based products to ensure.

LMPC/Model Approval/ BIS


LMPC legal metrology packaged commodities

It is required for importers or packers of pre-packaged commodities to ensure that the packages comply with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules.
The certificate confirms that the imported packaged goods display mandatory declarations such as name and address of importer, country of origin, net quantity, maximum retail price (MRP), month and year of import/packing, and customer care details.
LMPC registration is commonly required for import of packaged consumer goods before customs clearance in India.

Model approval of weighing equipment

It is required for importers or packers of pre-packaged commodities to ensure that the packages comply with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules.

Bis registration for (crs) & hallmarkeing

Under this scheme, manufacturers of specified electronic products such as mobile phones, LED lights, laptops, televisions, power adapters, and other electronic items must obtain BIS registration before manufacturing, importing, or selling these products in the Indian market.

plastic waste – e-waste – battery waste management

Plastic Waste, E-Waste and Battery Waste Management refer to the regulatory framework for the environmentally sound handling, collection, recycling, and disposal of waste generated from plastic packaging, electrical and electronic equipment, and batteries. Under the respective Waste Management Rules in India, producers, importers, and brand owners are required to obtain registration and fulfill Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations to ensure that the waste generated from their products is properly collected, recycled, or disposed of through authorized recyclers, thereby reducing environmental pollution and promoting sustainable waste management practices.

WPC / ETA


WPC (Wireless Planning & Coordination) Authorization / ETA (Equipment Type Approval)
Licence is required for the import, sale, or use of wireless and radio frequency devices in India. It is issued by the Wireless Planning & Coordination Wing of the Ministry of Communications, Government of India.

ETA approval is applicable to equipment such as Wi-Fi devices, Bluetooth products, RFID equipment, wireless cameras, remote control devices, and other radio frequency based products. The approval ensures that the device operates only on the de-licensed frequency bands permitted in India and does not interfere with licensed communication networks.

Manufacturers, importers, or traders of such wireless equipment must obtain WPC / ETA authorization before importing or marketing these products in India.

Medical devices registration – licences

Medical Devices Registration / License is issued under the regulation of the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) in India. It is mandatory for manufacturers and importers of medical devices to obtain proper approval before sale or distribution.

Drug wholesale registration – licences

Drug Wholesale License is a mandatory authorization required for the wholesale distribution of medicines and pharmaceutical products in India. It is issued by the State Drug Control Department under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. The license ensures proper storage, handling, and sale of medicines according to government regulations. A registered pharmacist or competent person and suitable premises are generally required for obtaining the license.
